Partner Agencies are responsible for gathering resource information and posting them for MSME engagements.

The sustainability of the MSME Portal will be dependent on how often ‘Contents’ are pushed onto the Portal and all stakeholders' involvement. Content availability and accessibility are what will sustain the portal; first, before any other forms of resource sustainability come in.

There will be User Classification where Users are given specific roles or identities such as Admins or Users to differentiate between the roles each individual or partner plays on the Portal.
